Used to like it. Pictures are not loading with this update. Tried restarting, redownloading - but not working. Was working just fine before.

The view version claims that it has fix the problem of not able to upload photos directly from Apple Photos. However, I am very sorry to say that it still doesn’t work. I am very frustrated here. Used to be a loyal customer, but I think I am walking away…...

Have used this for years. Updated and now it won’t work at all. Emailed customer service. Their response to call them.

Have spent hours trying to make this version work. Does not. Old version on my old Macbook Air still works fine but computer is full. Why is this not fixed. I see others are having no luck either!

Was working fine up until I updated! Wish I could undo this update! Now it just crashes! AURGGHHHHHH

I have used this program for years….updated latest version and it’s not working. Have tried to fix this with customer service for over a week no one is contacting me back from technical support. This is the so sad….i’m so frustrated. If you have not updated yet….don’t don’t don’t do it!

So I had a book all completed and it crashed.. the opened it and it crashed and so on and so on … restarted my computer and so on and reinstalled it… this has been going on for weeks. I asked for help they say call and I was on the line waiting for 45 minutes. This is so frustrating I have groupons that have now expired and a free book that has too and a 100 page book somewhere in my computer that will not pull up.. anyone figured this out yet.. it is driving me to another company.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am giving it four stars just for that. It’s high time and welcomed.
