Great: when it works

I have created beautiful books from this, but the software is buggy and can be extremely slow. Customer service does not appear to acknowledge the problem, looking for a way to blame your computer etc. Now that they have been bought by shutterfly, I hope they pay closer attention to programming. I have wasted many hours and the thing just goes on freeze.

Fix it!
