Spin Spin: Their software is way out of date and bugged

The company just gives you the run around. I have made several books with them. 75% of them have to be reprinted due to software error. Missing photos, black boxes where photos are….

A terrible cirlcle of fail. The app does not work. The customer service says update from their site. It copies over the app store version. Upon launch, it says the app store version is newer and prompts you to quit…. YET you can not update from the App store because it just spins and spins…. TERRIBLE uneducated script reading customer service reps…

Customer service is by far the worst. They read from a script and could careless about actually helping.

When I goto update the program, the status just spins in the upper left corner endlessly.
